From Masking to Mastery

I spent most of my life unknowingly masking an undiagnosed neurodevelopmental disability. Like so many women, I suffered silently with a mind that wasn't built for traditional systems—I struggled to fit into a world that I now understand wasn't built for minds like mine, believing the lifelong narrative that was told by myself and others that I was lazy, lacked discipline, was unprepared, forgetful, and underqualified.

I tried desperately to adapt to systems that weren't designed for those of us who were born with an invisible disability.

This is the same narrative that is mimicked by many of our most brilliant and successful creators, entrepreneurs, and scholars. Because just like me, their mask finally broke, allowing them to unleash their mind and harness their superpowers. It wasn't until I fully understood and embraced my unique neurodivergent strengths—my ability to see patterns where others see chaos, to see ten steps ahead to anticipate opportunities before they exist, and to connect people in ways that unlock exponential growth—that I realized I had been fighting my greatest advantage all along.

Now, I use these skills to help others do the same and I thrive on helping others do what they were told they couldn't. I come from a long line of entrepreneurs, yet my path to success was anything but traditional. That unconventional journey gave me an unshakable passion for championing those bold enough to forge their own way.

Against all odds, I have had a career that I never could have dreamt of.

I've led initiatives for Fortune 500s, advised visionary entrepreneurs, and mentored the next generation of underdog leaders—Beyond that, I have conceptualized and executed high-level educational programs and certifications, high profile events, conferences, meetings, acquisitions, and growth strategies for some of the most high-profile and influential business leaders, executives, investors, and public figures across a variety of industries. I have been in exclusive, closed-door meetings that most only dream of attending, not because I followed a prescribed path, but because I built my own way in.

I believe that success isn't just for those who fit into conventional molds—it's for those willing to see things differently, take bold action, and break barriers that weren't meant to contain them.
